* What is Big Blue Button?

Big Blue Button is where you attend your Real-Time classes and find your recorded sessions and stay in track with the academic time.

* What happens during load shedding when writing exams?

Online DreamHill International School recommends that families prepare for load shedding by having the following available: an alternate power source, an alternate internet provider, an alternate venue.

* How to get valid assistance during formal assessments?

A moderator will be available to assist and give the valid assistance when needed during all formal assessments.

* I’ve sent an email to the Support desk, but I haven’t had a response yet. How long should I have to wait?

We have a turn-around time of 24 hours on the Support desk. We endeavour to attend to all queries within this time frame, however, some queries require more time if further information is needed.

* My child is experiencing difficulties on the Learning management system. what should I do?

Please use the Learning Management System Help feature. This is located on the global navigation menu on the dashboard at the bottom of the bar. Click the “FAQ, Enquiries” option and fill in the details of your problem. We will attend to it as soon as possible.

* What are the Family Credentials?

Family credentials are login details for parents linked to the student profile to watch over the student performance.

* Can we meet with the teachers online if we have concerns?

Parents can request a meeting with the Phase Leader should they have any queries. Teachers are also available via email to answer any questions.
